Meet the Man behind the Tie

Mark A. Skipper, owner of MAS Office Cleaners, has more than 25 years of experience developing relationships, uncovering needs, and making connections that make people’s lives better. Mark’s job is to help you maintain the professional image you’ve worked so hard to develop. Mark’s clients trust him to clean their offices as if it were his own—thoroughly, efficiently, and with discretion regarding any sensitive information their offices contain.

Mark founded MAS Office Cleaners on January 4, 2013 after eight years of developing his business plan for a company that focused on building relationships with clients. Mark’s extremely personal approach has allowed MAS Office Cleaners to grow primarily from referrals. MAS is proud to have a continuing relationship with our very first customer.

Before founding MAS Office Cleaners, Mark worked in fundraising for the Boy Scouts of America and Dunwoody College. Service continues to be an important part of Mark’s life. He is on the board of directors for the Boy Scouts of America Northern Star Council and volunteers at his church regularly. He brings his commitment to service to every relationship he has with his clients.

One of our clients had grown his business to the point that it had outgrown its office space. The owner was excited to find a much larger office and share the new space in a grand reveal to his employees. His pride and enthusiasm for the move was infectious, and MAS Office Cleaners wanted to help him celebrate. At the grand reveal of his new space, Mark brought over a chocolate cake to congratulate the owner and his team.

We aim to be as communicative with you as you are with your clients. You’ll always know when to expect our visit (which always occurs in the evening hours so we don’t disrupt your business), and we’ll ask for feedback on our work every month to make sure we’re continuing to meet your needs.

Our visits usually take about an hour, and we supply the equipment and products we need to complete our work. Most of our clients provide us with keys and alarm codes, if applicable, so we can enter and leave your business discreetly and securely. We never label your key with your business name, ensuring that your office is safe with us.

MAS Office Cleaners works with a specific group of businesses that we call our FAMILY: financial, accounting, mortgages, insurance, legal, and YOU.  We provide office cleaning in Maple Grove, Plymouth, Brooklyn Park, Champlin, Rogers and Wayzata.

Getting Started

Your needs come first, which is why every client relationship we have starts with a conversation about your business, how you work, and what your cleaning needs are. From this conversation, we’ll put together a custom cleaning plan for your business that might include dusting, trash removal, floor care, and restroom maintenance. We’ll also decide together how frequently you’d like us to visit your office, from once a week to once a month.
